Is this a good thing or a bad thing? LIkely both. People are arming themselves like I haven't seen before. Today is December 7th which is the anniversary of Pearl harbor that started world war II for the U.S.
I think that terrorist attacks around the world that kill more than about 10 to 20 people at a time are having the effect of mini- Pearl Harbors on the world.
I don't know where all this is going but one of the problems I see coming is possibly people after Obama leaves office who are Muslim here in the U.S. and in Europe might be put in concentration camps like the Japanese were during World war II here in the U.S.
I don't really think this is useful at all. But places like the U.S. who don't understand Muslims might do this out of ignorance. When you have too many people in a country like the U.S. that haven't ever traveled anywhere that there are Muslims and have never met one, you have this sort of ignorant ethnocentrism of some Christians who never leave their own hometowns. And these are the types of people most likely to cause the incarceration of Muslims because they are scared of them.
I think this is a bad idea because it is only going to make things worse for everyone. Russia's Orthodox Church declaring a Holy War In Syria is bad enough. Concentration camps for Muslim's is a really bad Idea and will just start a real religious war between Christians and Muslims and nothing else. Once that happened it would go nuclear bombs and missiles within a couple of years. This would be really really bad for everyone.
Hopefully, cooler less ignorant heads will prevail.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
