They said it was personal against Hillary by Putin. He is demonstrating he wants Trump to Win. If you look at the poll numbers today he succeeded by doing this the weekend of the beginning of the Democractic Convention.
They said the Russian Government hacking the DNC or RNC or for that matter any part of goverment at all wasn't unusual. What is unusual for the Russian government is that they released what they found through Wikileaks. So, now Wikileaks has become an instrument of war against the Western World Starting with a War on Hillary by Putin Personally.
