Each person has to gather their evidence step by step in their lives. My experiences and research into this has been all my present lifetime.So, unless you are reading things like "Above Top Secret" by Timothy Good or The Day After Roswell DIA Army Colonel Corso, you really don't know what you need to know to make good decisions regarding all this. If you have had actual experiences with our descendants like I have or with beings from other planets or dimensions then you also understand what I'm talking about too.
However, I have found one needs to learn fearlessness with all this much like a soldier or problems of various kinds like serious PTSD problems can arise. So, always learn to be adaptable no matter what happens in your life because this seems to be important in the overall scheme of things in regard to survival on all levels. If you find people who have had similar experiences or believe like you do then talking with them and sharing with them might be helpful. But, trying to talk to the average person about this if they don't share your beliefs isn't usually useful at all.
But, each of us must do as we need to do in the end.
