One of the potential ways to prepare for this would be to study the 1930s and World War II worldwide. Analyze which countries were safe for whatever your nationality culturally, religiously, and racially were.
And try not to be in any countries killing your kind right now.
If you have the wealth and education to do this, this might be very useful for you right now.
However, right now being Muslim most places on earth is as bad as being Jewish was in the 1930s and 1940s in Germany at this point. So be very careful because this situation is only going to get much much worse and it might not get better for 10 to 30 to 50 years from now.
The best thing I can say is the future for Muslims (both Sunni and Shia) is very bleak in most of the world right now.
How might Muslims fare better?
My best suggestion would be birth control so the rest of the world doesn't feel so scared and overwhelmed by your numbers that their only resort is to consider the extinction of all Muslims which is where the White Christian world is heading right now with White Nationalism.
It's very bad and likely going to get a whole lot worse as Muslim numbers increase worldwide.
I think if things keep going this way ISIS will be nothing compared to what some White nationalists will become in genociding Muslims with nukes.
This appears to be the way things are going right now.

It looks this way for 10 to 30 to 50 years depending upon the decisions groups of people make en masse around the world.
