Note: As the technology evolves on earth the Galactic Time Guard needs technology more advanced than can detect something like this on earth. For example, in 1987 this is the description of the Biocom then who was also called Biocom by the way:

I can instantly communicate by thought or word to Galactic Central Timekeepers in emergencies. This can be done in 4 or 5 basic ways consciously or by about 50 different unconscious ways, which automatically generate when consciousness is absent or altered in any way. All my vital signs and all DNA based life forms around me within 100 yards are also monitored for potential threats or dangers.

Over 50 people in a football field size area is an earth traveling rule for my group of timekeepers. Our biocoms can change the motivations and thoughts in those around us when we manifest or disappear within 1/100th of a second when necessary. Since our biocoms monitor all life around us they do this automatically. end quote.
Whereas today the Galactic Time Guard Planetary Anthropologists like Arcane (Saint Germain) and Celeste Weaver now use "BB" on board in their blood streams because the biological external implants in head, face and back molars have been removed and more advanced technology that cannot be discerned yet is now used.
They are alive molecules that either circulate in one's blood and some lodge in the brain for easier telepathic communication. However, they can also hear if the Galactic Time Guard personnel here on earth speak aloud as well as they monitor always all the thoughts and biology of the guards so they can protect them at all times from problems internal and external. So, they are a guard to keep the guards safe whether they are conscious or unconscious. Also, since BBs are sentient they can call for time alterations of either a 10 to 25 diameter circular area or bigger or even for the whole planet to correct a maladjusted time line in action some one place or many places or even including all time lines on earth so they can be corrected to prevent either total nuclear annihilation of earth or a pandemic that renders all species on earth extinct within a day or year or whenever.
Some of these living molecules lodge in the brain which makes instant communication easier. They are also capable of joining any WIFI network or cellular date network on earth or any phone line network on earth instantly if necessary. They are also capable of establishing communication with any leader or planet in the Galaxy instantaneously by any means necessary in emergencies.
So, they are a backup that functions 1,000,000 times better than SIRI or any smartphone or any device presently on planet earth in 2017. So, literally there is nothing on earth that can defeat them because their response time is likely less than 1/millionth of a second to anything because that is how they are designed. ANY anomalies in time at all trigger a "Go Back in time 10 minutes" sequence automatically or longer if that isn't enough to resolve the situation presently being dealt with.
