This is a pretty amazing move because it isn't about the Iraq War where Saddam Hussein was overthrown it is when in the early 1990s Saddam took Kuwait and Kuwait paid for a war to retake their country since they were rich. Sunni Countries and the U.S. and allies took back Kuwait from Saddam Hussein then. However, it wasn't until around 2002 or 2003 that U.S. and allies took down Saddam Hussein in Iraq. It's interesting that every country that tried to get nuclear weapons but failed in that like Saddam Hussein in Iraq and Qaddhafi in Libya wind up being overthrown. This is likely why the North Korean Government is so very paranoid because they don't trust China, or Russia and especially don't trust the U.S. or Japan now at all. So, the likelihood of them actually using their nukes (along with any in Iran) is quite likely eventually to try to survive as governments on into the future and not be overthrown by nations with nukes worldwide.
