If you understand this you can begin to create your own heaven wherever you are.
By generating love and compassion for all beings you begin to create a heaven here on earth.
The problem is when your every move is a reaction to everything around you.
To begin to create a heaven you have to go beyond reacting.
How can one do this?
One way is to go on retreat away from the maddening crowd.
Others set up an altar in their bedroom or closet space where they have a place to center their energies.
Each person must create a place to center to begin to create their own heaven realm within them.
And being a slave to others whether it is your boss or your family likely prevents you from creating your own heaven.
So, developing a way to think about life where you are the master of your own ship and creator of your own destiny is a start.
Some people leave and go live in a cave in the mountains.
some people build an altar in their bedroom to center and to begin creating their own heaven realm.
Each of us must find a way or our lives are a hell from morning until night day after day.
Kindness practiced upon oneself and all others begins our manifestation of heaven into our lives.
