If Trump gets re-elected in 2020 the statute of limitations will cause him NOT to be able to be prosecuted for one or more felonies that he has committed. Therefore he should not be prevented from indictment as it becomes an example of causing our legal system to become ridiculous because it puts the president ( or ANY PRESIDENT in the future) above the law in these circumstances.
This is likely to be heard by the Supreme Court (BEFORE) the 2020 elections.
