Reality can ONLY be the estimation of each given being in any given moment.
Only God can tell us what is real and what isn't real in any ultimate sense.
No human being presently is capable of this.
So, therefore we are all estimating (by previous experience) what reality is any given moment.
And the choices we make are often life or death in any given moment too.
But, to freak out about all this only causes our death.
Dealing with reality is often like learning to drive a car. You have to learn skills that before might scare you (before you mastered them). Reality is also like flying a plane to for this matter.
Any mistake you make while driving a car or flying a plane often is fatal.
The same is true of each of our perceptions of reality.
If we don't get it right enough soon enough we are dead.
So, appreciating how important our perceptions of reality are in any given moment
separates each person from those who don't survive that day.
Understanding we all live by God's Grace every moment gives us enough peace and confidence
to calm our nerves so we don't just run screaming over a cliff one day and then our physical bodies
are no more.
