You could see flames very high but for some reason they hadn't closed Interstate 5 there yet and it was night and flames were high and fast moving the other side of semi trucks on the Interstate 5 which is the main transportation hub from San Diego to Seattle by the way for Big Trucks and cars and pickup trucks etc. So, possibly the reason they didn't close it is that there is just so much traffic that would be a problem so far.
Actually, as I look on my Iphone GPS Google maps Interstate 5 is closed possibly both directions or just northbound at this point and a section of 210 is closed and a section of 14 is closed and a section of Balboa blvd. (As of 8:30 am Saturday morning October 12th 2019)
