The 75,000 tests went ONLY to public Health Facilities that are at least 1 in every state. However, information of who has been tested and the results from the average hospital isn't necessarily shared with the government. (at least at this point).
For example, I found out through my housekeeper and nurses I have met that there are cases at my local hospital (within 5 to 7 miles from me) and cases in a hospital in next city (20 miles from me).
So, there are bad cases in hospitals all over right now. I had an outpatient procedure myself on my back for a cyst that was removed from my back today with 7 stitches but it was NOT in a hospital setting where I might be exposed to the coronavirus like Nurses and doctors worldwide are often getting the Coronavirus too no matter what precautions they are taking. IT is very easy to get for health care professionals and harder to prevent from getting it if you are in proximity to Coronavirus patients in a hospital setting. Just study about what has happened in hospitals in China when the outbreak first started in Wuhan. The head of the main hospital in Wuhan already died from it who was a doctor and the doctor who first reported this virus has also died of the Coronavirus as well.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
