No one was being tested before now. I fully expect possibly 1000 or more cases by Friday because they are just now getting the test kits available for use and then likely 2000 or more the next week at this point or more.
However, especially on the east coast the true number will be hidden from the public. Why?
It's a different culture there and Trump lives there so that's a factor too. In California, Oregon and Washington and Alaska people tend to be more honest culturally because for the last 100 or 200 years if we couldn't have depended upon each other we would likely have died out as Americans here. So, from Alaska to California there is this honesty that leads to physical survival at the very least culturally here.
