Civilization itself is likely at stake in this war by the way. So, the war is now less about fighting the virus and more about the war between saving lives and restarting the world economy.
So, it comes down really to "How many lives are countries and states willing to lose to restart the economy".
And the answer to this question will decide whether or not civilization in any form continues worldwide.
And this answer will be different things in different places with various degrees of deaths everywhere on earth as a direct result.
So, the real war as of right now is not against the virus itself but a war between saving lives and starting the world economy once again.
We live in very perilous times for human beings any way you look at it.
