Visualization

I like to tell a true story about my father regarding "Visualization" and prayer. The year was 1956 and my father wanted to buy a blue 1956 Century Buick that year. So, he couldn't find a picture of the blue one he wanted but he did find a large advertisement of a Yellow and White Two tone one that he put on his wall near his altar that he prayed at. After 6 months of praying for his Blue Century Buick when he went to the dealer what color was the one available with everything he wanted that he came home with?

That's right! The yellow and white one that he used as a prayer template. So, be very careful what you visualize and the context you visualize it in. This also was the first car I ever drove by myself even though I was only 8 years old at that time. It was our first automatic transmission car that we ever owned which my mother loved especially.

Here's an even more appropriate one for some people who are not specific enough in their prayer visualizations.

This happened to a lady in I think it was Carmel in California. She prayed for a Pink Cadillac in her driveway for a year or more. Then, Surprise she went bankrupt and lost her home and then one day she drove by her home that she lost was that Pink Cadillac sitting in her driveway.

The point is be specific about what you want otherwise you might get something different when you pray for it. In some ways when you pray you are engineering what you are going to get from God when you pray and visualize together what you actually want. You don't want a car in your driveway with no wheels or engine or transmission in the car for example. So, through prayer be very careful what you visualize and ask for from God. Think of it as an engineering project that you and God are working on together and this might be useful to you.

So, when you visualize the Violet Sacred Fire that burns away bad karma you also have to realize that you need to NOT create more bad karma of the same kind otherwise God isn't going to be happy with you and you don't want that either.

Visualizing the Violet Sacred Fire burning up the bad karma around you is sort of like being in an actual fire only it's violet and it's alive and healing you in every way possible. So, you have a responsibility to God not to misuse his power of renewal and healing by gaining the illumination not to misuse God's power and sacred fire by doing ignorant and bad things again.

I was taught this as a child but if you get it it is very very powerful. First you experience being one with God and then you visualize the Violet Flame burning up all your bad karma from this lifetime and all your lifetimes. Then you ask God to illumine you so you don't make any more bad karma also.
