We drove south to Santa Barbara yesterday. Today my cousin and his wife drove up from the greater Los Angeles area to visit us which was nice. By about an hour ago (6 or 7 pm) Saturday when I took our dog outside to do her business it had started to rain. However, last night there was a beautiful sunset at the beach which was great after a day of driving to get here. But, the hills were all green from all the rain we have had so far so that was nice too. It's snowing in the mountains all along the High Sierras too. We are high enough here not to have to deal with flooding which many people in river and flood plains might have to deal with all over the state during the next few days until Wednesday at least. It's good to be somewhere safe and warm and comfortable because of all the Atmospheric Rivers hitting between now and Wednesday all over California.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
