Time: Are you Mom enough?

Are you Mom enough? The article listed on the latest cover of Time Magazine is obviously there to sell copies of Time. And the beautiful Mom there who is about 26 with her 3? year old son with her left breast bare while she nurses him while he is standing on a kiddy chair will be disturbing to some. But I don't think it really helps the cause of Bonding with your kids for life as a parent which almost everyone agrees is useful not only to the child but also to the parent.

But this "In your Face" (in more ways than one) cover will just tend to sell magazines because most people might not dig down to what this cover represents or is all about. "Bonding with your children" or attachment parenting I have found to be one of the most amazingly happy times of my entire life. And also one of the most meaningful times of my life for both my children and myself. And often home schooling goes along with this philosophy as well and at least a Bachelor's degree in college or more for both parents and children. So, though it is an idealistic philosophy it also makes both children and parents less neurotic and more happy throughout their lives because they feel much less alone because they are a part of a life long team- their family.
