It's been a crazy crazy year internationally. From Ukraine to Syria to Iraq to ISIL to Putin to Iran to every place on earth. It's been a 9-11 kind of year for the whole world, especially with the kids killed recently in Pakistan by the Taliban. Australia had a 9-11 kind of event too. The missing Airliner from Malaysia.
Need I go on?
So, last night I found myself looking for Jesus this Christmas and I found myself wondering as I went to sleep last night whether we still had pictures of Jesus up in my home?
I felt disturbed because I couldn't remember pictures of Jesus so while my wife slept I turned on the little flashlight on my Iphone on and looked at my altar which is very ecumenical with Mystical Christian and Tibetan Buddhist stuff all combined and finally I found two pictures of Jesus there and somehow I felt incredibly relieved that we still had at least 2 pictures of Jesus up in my house as a protection anchoring Jesus there.
My wife has many Mother Mary's around as statues up in a stained glass window near our bed and on her bureau and I put up a Madonna and child Christmas card next to my bed on my bedside table for books and stuff. But, somehow last night I just needed to know I also had pictures of Jesus up still in my home and when I could see that I finally could go to sleep and feel everything was okay with the world (at least my world) Merry Christmas Everyone Worldwide!
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
