Assad and ISIS seem to have the wierdest relationship possible. Assad gives them land and oil wells and then ISIS sells oil back to Assad but then ISIS attacks Assad's troops other places. So, what's up with that?
I have no idea in the end but I really wouldn't want to be one of the 180 of Assad's military officers working with ISIS in close proximity. You get the feeling their heads one day are going to be separated from their bodies by ISIS.
