I think growing up I would have to call myself an idealist just like many young people. But soon, one's ideals are crushed by the realities of the world. So then I became an idealistic Pragmatist. But, still found my ideals and ideas crushed by the world.
By my late 20s and early 30s I began to see the world chews everyone up. So, you have to sort of make your own rules to survive at all.
So, next I became a Compassionate pragmatist. This, I found was worthwhile. It was efficient. It helped me, it helped others, it was economically useful to me and to others around me. Good things happened. Then greater and greater good things happened exponentially. This was a good path and helped not only me but all those around me who might listen to what I had to say or watched what I did.
So, if you are an idealist now, just remember what I said about all the pain I experienced getting to be a Compassionate pragmatist. But now, I have peace in my life most of the time. It was worth the wait to discover what would work for me and those around me.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
