I don't know if you have ever had a Yellow Labrador dog but we adopted and 8 year old Yellow lab rescue dog whose male owner died a couple of years ago and he has had a somewhat rough time ever since. So, when he met me he knew "I was his next God" after his first one died and he will not ever leave my side whenever I'm in the house and follows me around constantly unless I shut a door for privacy. At first I found this difficult until I realized God was trying to show me what many human beings are like in the way they treat him too. So, I realized I needed to take my karma and thereby have more compassion for God because maybe I'm this way to him and follow him like a puppy who won't go away too. So, maybe this is what he wants me to understand about the whole thing about just how hard it is for anyone to follow you around and worship you like an adoring puppy forever.
