Ryan I believe said that this is a reconciliation plan so that it cannot be filibustered in the Senate and can pass therefore with only 51 votes. But, this still might not be enough for the American Health Care plan to make it through both houses and on Trump's Desk to sign.
But, if they don't do it now the Republican party will be toast and that's all because the American people will not be fucked with when their relatives will die without Obamacare or Trumpcare!
