Why?
Because all the things you think are so ultimately important today likely won't be 10 or 20 years from now.
What is the most important thing?
Likely that you stay alive to see everything that happens during your 100 years or more here on earth.
Why Moderation?
Because moderation in all things will tend to keep you alive the longest.
The more extreme you are about ANYTHING the more likely you are going to die young.
So, be as kind as you can be to yourselves and others because this not only makes everyone else's life better but also your own life better too.
Just remember that all the things that are so important to you today you likely are going to laugh about 20 or 30 years from now (except for the well being of your relatives and good friends).
Why?
Because this is just the way life actually is ongoing.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
