However, the question is how much of the rain is hitting the ground and how much is evaporating into the air before it hits the ground. There is also reports of lightning strikes in Sonoma and other nearby areas as well. So, I hope the rain is hitting the ground enough to put out any lightning strikes wherever these thunderstorms go as they travel northwards.
