It gives a person a better perspective on life. It's easy to just get caught in how Awful it is that Trump is president and destroying our Democracy in a Republic. But, it's also a time of potential States rights and seeing all 50 States become more their own countries (for better or worse). I was particularly aware of this in Texas when I visited and in California and in Oregon when I visited.
The thing that stayed with me the most through all of this was hundreds of people with Signs in Mountain View California protesting on No Kings Day (Trump). The other thing that touched me was a man in a wheelchair in his 80s or 90s at the side of the road by himself that said: "Stop Fascism: Dump Trump".
All these things brought tears to my eyes as people are standing up more and more against the Tyranny of Trump and the destruction of our Democracy!
The only question now might be: "Are the 50 states going to become 50 different countries or stay United as in the United States?"
This seems to be the real question now as Trump Destroys completely the United States we all knew growing up until now.
IN some ways Oregon and California have already broken away completely from Trump for all Time.
