Yes. The whole human race and the earth itself would likely cease to exist if time wasn't continually altered in various ways on the timeline we presently are on.
Why are World Governments so repressive right now?
Because Global Climate changes have scared all governments to death because now they know just how bad it is going to be the next 300 years no matter what anyone does.
I think you are going to see more and more people build underground because of these changes if they don't live in flood plains for example.
But, most people who aren't educated and aware or have enough money to survive what is coming won't.
This is a given.
This is why most governments are trying to hide the truth from people so they aren't so scared before they die.
However, the most educated people who have some wealth likely will survive all this as well as some of the middle Class and poorer people worldwide as well this century.
Why should people build underground houses?
Because at some point all wooden structures will likely blow down from high winds starting with coastal cities and plains cities around the world where the wind has no resistance because of going over water or plains worldwide.
The last wooden houses to remain standing likely will be in the forested areas of the world away from plains or coastal areas.
So, places like the Himalayas, Rocky Mountains, The Alps, The Sierra Nevada and other mountainous areas where wooden homes could stand the longest without being blown down by 100 to 300 mph or higher winds at least 1 day per year at every location on earth.
Will this blow most trees down too where this happens? Quite likely. and the trees that blow down around well built homes that are wood will likely go down too. The houses will be damaged by these winds blowing trees down that are bigger trees especially.
