It's sort of like this: "AI likely will solve technologically Global Climate Change and Global Warming. But, will Humans then survive AI?

 I know this is a very trite thing to say but I believe it is true at this point. Why?

Because AI is faster thinking than every single person on earth right now all put together. So, if AI wants to solve Global Climate changes and Global warming it could figure out a solution at least in one night if not in the next hours time.

However, we might not like the solution AI comes up with one of which would be "eliminate all human beings on earth because Global Climate changes would end within 300 years of doing this."

So, like I said: "Global Warming and Global Climate changes could be fixed over night by AI but you might not like the solution AI comes up with."

You know how cars are rated by horsepower often?

AI right now has more human power mentally than 8 billion people right now. Think about this for a moment. And it would be capable of using this 8 to 10 billion people brain into solving just about any problem any of us could ever think of Overnight if not sooner.

But, where does that leave human beings? Alive or dead or really different than they are now?
