We, turkish people also believed that "jon snow knows nothing" :D LOL .... I'm waiting for a you know nothing ...
My youngest daughter order a T-shirt that likely came too late for Christmas that arrived from Thailand today likely for a Christmas present for a friend. My wife opened it and it said, "You know nothing Jon Snow!"
Neither my wife or I could figure out what this was in reference to so I put it into Google and Google spit back this above video clip from Game of thrones
It's something said to "Kit Harrington" who plays Jon Snow in "The Game of Thrones" by his girlfriend.
So, even though we don't know what exactly it is in reference to we do get the general idea of what it might mean to one of her friends.
