1. It is a way to kill thousands to millions of infidels from their point of view.
2. It is a way to collapse all governments in an Ebola infected area.
3. It is a way for them as Warlords and Caliphs to control more areas, kill all Shias, Kill all Christians, Kill all Sunnis who aren't as extreme as they are.
You and I with an education can see this is "magical thinking" at best and genocidal and homocidal of the whole human race at it's worst.
However, let's look at a typical psychological profile of a terrorist. First of all, All kinds of Fundamentalism whether they are religious, atheistic, Scientific or whatever usually begin with
a child that was physically and psychologically abused as a child growing up.
This is the beginning of most terrorists. So, the world appears to them as trying to kill them like their parent or whoever was beating and or raping them as a child.
This creates homicidal sociopathic killers and genociders of humanity.
So, from this point of view spreading the Ebola virus through lies, propaganda and by any other means is a means to the ends of killing all infidels, overthrowing all governments and setting up a world Caliphate with 1/2 to 3/4 of humanity (infidels) dead.
I think the world needs to look at this now. Because if this is true we have a much worse problem than ISIS just cutting off a lot of people's heads both now and into the future.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
