I was watching one of the last few weeks of Jon Stewart at "The Daily Show" and he was asking Tom Cruise (who is now 53 and looks like he is about 30) about how much time it would take for Jon Stewart to "Firm Up" even half as good as Tom Cruise. Cruise's statement was: "How many years do you want to put into this?" Because one's health is after all a lifetime of commitment to stay alive and healthy.
It isn't just about one diet or exercise program. It is "How Much do you like being alive and healthy? And how long do you want that to continue?"
Because that's how it really is for everyone.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
