Drug kingpin Joaquin 'El Chapo' can't sleep in prison due to 'boisterous guard dog'

There's no rest for the wicked. Mexican drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman deplores his prison conditions and a "boisterous guard dog" is keeping him awake, he said in a statement issued through his lawyer.
