Compassion and learning to be in the right place at the right time

Compassion is the biggest piece of this:

In having compassion for yourself and for others in a somewhat equal way you begin the path to enlightenment. However, there are many variations to this depending upon the person. Often someone can be born with knowing how to be in the exact right place at the right time and have to learn compassion later.

Though I was always a very kind person mostly because I had had whooping cough and childhood epilepsy and so knew suffering very young, I didn't want others to suffer my fate. So, this made me kind instead of being a bully. I was always very tall and strong so in some ways it was good I suffered so learning to be in the right place at the right time was also a part of my survival in life. Otherwise I would have died at 2 or from 12 to 14.

Actually, I learned about compassion the most in my 20s when I started to learn more about Buddhism and realized that Jesus teaching forgiveness was also an aspect of compassion taught by Buddha 500 years before Jesus was born. So, in some ways I began to see Christianity as a form of Buddhism created for people in the middle East and Europe historically speaking.

So, I tend to see both Buddha and Jesus as masters of Compassion and being in the right place at the right time.

Because being in the right place at the right time allows Christianity and Buddhism to have as many followers the last 2500 and 2000 years respectively too.

And so if you are a student of Christianity or Buddhism or both like me, compassion, forgiveness, and being in the right place at exactly the right time in exactly the right moment will change the future as much as what Jesus and Buddha did during their times.

And so I advocate learning all these things if you don't want the human race to go extinct  soon. The more people who are masters of compassion and masters of being in the right place at exactly the right time the more likely the human race will survive whatever comes here on earth and beyond.

I believe the more enlightened and compassionate people being in the right place at the right time will make of earth a heaven realm eventually. In some ways America is one of the first heaven realms to be created by people on earth. Just ask people who have moved here from difficult lives in other countries already.
