ISIS is being pushed out of the Middle East and is moving into Europe and other places

So, as ISIS is destroyed as an army in Syria and Iraq and ISIS soldiers return home to Europe and other places around the world likely there will be more terrorist bombings and such as the ground war with ISIS in Syria and Iraq ends.
