In the 1800s useful submarines would have been thought of as "Magical thinking". When my father was in school in 1927 when Linbergh flew to Paris his science teacher told the class that mankind would eventually go to the moon and most of the class laughed at this teacher then. So, magical thinking depends upon what era you live in doesn't it.
This is why some of you might consider some of my writings as magical thinking instead of what they actually are which is time appropriate actual experiences caused by human evolution both psychologically, spiritually and physically all integrated in various ways through time.
For example, in the 1950s child abuse (as we call it now) was just the normal way children were raised here in the U.S. In fact, I would say in most of the world still, a form of child abuse is practiced in raising children just to make them obey their parents. In fact, in the Middle East parents often have the cultural right at least to kill their children if they don't obey them completely. I ran into this myself at one point where I witnessed this kind of thing through the eyes of a U.S. psychologist who was trying to protect American children whose biological father was from Iran originally. But, this sort of thing is also going on in places like Saudi Arabia where children can be killed by parents if they disobey them too, especially young women.
So, what is magical thinking? It is relative to the timeline you are on and the culture you are presently in or visiting at present somewhere on earth or another planet or dimension.
What I'm saying here is that when I went to India and Nepal in 1985 and 1986 with my family I realized it was so different than the U.S. then that I might as well have been on another planet it was that different in every way.
So, what I write about is actual cultures I remember in the past, present or future on earth or on other planets or dimensions. I thought I was writing a healing form of fiction in 1980 and was very surprised to realize in 1998 and 1999 that I had been writing past life memories from the past, present and future instead. At that point I realized how important it was to share my writings with the world while I was still alive starting in June of 1999 online at my very first website at then geocities.com and several other websites ever since.
