The latest way I seem to be being blocked by someone or (an AI) designed to block bloggers like myself from reading or blogging

I went to just open another window in Firefox and found that the plus on the right was gone. I thought that some other icon had been put there to add another window but to no avail so far. So, how does one open another window for reading or composing here at this site? Not Sure at present.
