Add The New York Post on GoogleU.S. skiing star Lindsey Vonn spent her summer rehabbing her leg from injuries she sustained at the 2026 Olympics — and enjoying time with her boyfriend, French alpine ski racer Matthieu Bailet.
Vonn hard-launched the relationship in an Instagram carousel post on Wednesday, which included photos of the pair kissing in a pool and lying together in a hammock in the ocean.
“About that time for a summer recap… pt 1❤️” Vonn, 41, wrote, adding a red heart emoji in her caption.
“Can’t wait to see the summer recap part 2 😉😘,” Bailet, 30, commented.
Some of the pair’s famous friends were elated in the comments.
“HARD LAUNCH!!!!!!! ❤️❤️” tennis pro Sloane Stephens wrote.
“Look at you insta official!! 🔥❤️ miss you!!” Danish tennis star Caroline Wozniacki shared.
“The award for the hottest couple goes to…” pro rugby player player Ilona Maher added.
Actress Nina Dobrev and model Brooks Nader included heart face emojis.
Vonn and Bailet, who specializes in downhill and super-G events, first sparked romance rumors when they were spotted together in New York City in May.
They pair were seen shopping together in Soho, riding the subway together, and posing backstage at “The Outsiders” musical on May 10.
“They’re getting to know each other,” People reported at the time.
This is Vonn’s first public relationship since her split with business executive Diego Osorio in 2025 after four years together.
The five-time Olympian was previously engaged to former NHL All-Star P.K. Subban. They announced their breakup in 2020.
Vonn dated Tiger Woods from 2013-2015 after her 2011 divorce from former professional skier Thomas Vonn.
