I think he was one of the First Swamis from India to establish a religious following here. And to this day I know that Lake Shrine on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles and the Retreat Center in Encinitas all still exist today because periodically I walk through their gardens if they are open because the Coy pools and plants there are quite remarkable if they had kept them as they were. I also walk down the stairways to Swamis Beach to see the Surfers there right below SRF Retreat Center if the tide is right for it.
