“Are we facing a period in which forces beyond the restraints of any order determine the future?”

This is one of the really important questions that Kissinger addresses in his book World Order:

My thoughts on this are that "Yes. There are now forces beyond the restraints of any order taking place."

And the primary reasons for this problem are likely two fold: overpopulation and Global Climate change.

The first reason is overpopulation caused by not enough people getting educated enough to use birth control to control their populations especially in Islamic and Catholic Countries and areas.

Even the Pope has been saying, "You shouldn't just have ten kids because you can when you can't support them" and other kinds of stuff like this.

So, world order is being challenged by Global Climate change and the primary reason for global climate change is overpopulation caused by religions preventing birth control to be used.

For example, even though I think China has been Draconian in only allowing it's people to have one child each, this has worked for the most part in creating a very wealthy China. It has also caused massive social problems with too many men and not enough women to marry and caused many women to have to become prostitutes in China as a direct result to service these men who will never find a woman to marry.

However, most of the success of China comes from reducing births in this nation. Their problems would be completely unmanageable at this stage if they hadn't gone to a single birth per family status.

Then you have the completely opposite problem in the Middle East where you could be killed by Imams for practicing birth control. As a result you have Arab Spring with all it's good and bad outcomes, not enough food or water to go around and now ISIS killing almost everyone wherever they go.

All these things are caused at core by overpopulation and a lack of birth control, not enough resources especially clean drinking water and no jobs for people under 35 years old and because of no jobs no ability to get married and have a family (because Muslims don't date they only marry).

So, out of desperation young men join ISIS who are Sunni to die honorably because most ISIS soldiers have never had a job and never held a girls hand or dated anyone.

So, maybe now their only honorable choice that they see is to die in battle where they believe they might go to heaven.

I would equate this to millions of Lemmings jumping off a cliff.

So, order has gone away from at least the Sunni Muslim world and it is killing everyone even most Sunni Muslims in it's wake. Since there are now 1.1 billion Sunni Muslims it is something to think about.
