Raining Hard in Northern California
The rain started last night and got heavier and heavier towards morning. The weather forecasters say this storm is supposed to bring 4 to 8 inches of rain to most places from northern California to Seattle or further north. This is a part of an Atmospheric river now traveling from the El Nino off the Pacific Ocean. Will there be more of these Atmospheric river storms? I don't know because I'm not a trained meteorologist.
