The problem of Autonomous Robots and drones
If a robot (or a drone) can act on it's own when it is disconnected from the satellite it is connected to humans through almost anything can and would happen. So, once connection with humans is lost temporarily it would have to execute it's commands alone without human help. Military drones are all mostly built this way now in case human contact is lost for moments, minutes or a day or more. So, during this time a robot or drone will follow whatever commands it was given. Or if it is given autonomous charge of executing decisions it might make it's own autonomous decisions by itself. This is presently in the design of Drones firing Hellfire missiles right now. Whether this is activated to fire a missile without human contact I cannot say. However, there likely are circumstances where it would be left to carry this out completely alone whether it is Russian, American, Chinese or whatever the country it is built by now and on into the future.
