Who Actually will Benefit from Brexit the Most?

Unfortunately, it is Russia, ISIS, Assad, Iran who will benefit the most from Brexit.

Those most hurt economically will be every stockholder on earth. For example, all the profits of all Americans in the stock market have been completely wiped out for 2016. So, you are going to have a lot of Angry Investors worldwide at Great Britain for causing this to people's portfolio and you likely will have many adverse reactions of individuals towards Great Britain of people directly and indirectly because of this right away and through the years. However, this likely will not be seen as anger directly by governments directed at Great Britain.

Scotland likely (if it is allowed) will leave Great Britain also. Also, any European Union people who settled in Great Britain might be shit out of luck in regard to remaining in Great Britain as well.
