Before the election I worried about not having any person elected President because of the crazy circumstances of this campaign.
Now I don't worry about that. I worry more about "What kind of president will Trump Be?"
But, I no longer worry about whether we actually are going to have a president or not.
Of course it is still possible (and this has happened before if you study history) that the president with the most electoral votes was not elected by the Electoral college and sometimes someone else got elected by the House of Representatives instead.
This could still happen. But, I'm not sure how likely this is.
So, being grateful that we are not at war and that so far demonstrations have been peaceful is a good thing.
They might get violent like during the Viet Nam War at some point in the future. But, at least for now they are peaceful for the most part except for a few anarchists here and there who turn things violent.
So, be grateful we still have our system of governance intact so far. Other countries (many of them) are not this lucky these days.
So, at least today I am Grateful that we actually have a president elect so our democracy might not end this year or the next like I worried before this election.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
