Finding out the truth about everything in life seems to always come in fits and spurts and when you least expect it.
The trick seems to be to recognize the truth when it comes and sort of say to yourself: "I think that's the truth I was searching for." You do this so you don't lose that truth because it might be important to your future survival and the survival of your family and the survival of the human race in general.
Each of us humans on earth likely are saving the human race in little or big ways by things we learn along the way.
Survival of the human race is a group effort. There are those gone before their time and then there are the rest of us who carry on. It has always been this way. Natural selection may not be pretty to watch (like during Covid) but it's important to realize it's always been this way.
People die in pandemics or wars or calamities or from crazy people along the way or from wild animals or the weather or bad food or water or whatever it is.
The rest of us are what's left of the original group at all points along the way.
I can't help but think that many people either won't be around or that they might be addled from these high temperatures in the western U.S. Temperatures of 108 in Portland for example, which is unheard of up until now or Tomorrow 107 in Seattle which is also unheard of.
So, whatever truths we can unearth along the way to help not only ourselves but also potentially everyone who survives all this after we are long gone are important to our group survival ongoing here on earth and beyond.
