Just like other animals that roam free wherever they are on earth Brahma bulls and cows are wild. They are NOT domesticated AT ALL when you find them wandering around in India. People do feed them but they belong to no one sort of like the groups of monkeys which are actually much much scarier potentially than brahma bulls in India.
A monkey alone might be fine or not but a group of them is always sort of potentially dangerous.
