Since it is much like the TVA described in Loki at Disney plus I realized it was time for me to give a more detailed explanation. If the Galactic Time Guard was ONLY for Earth's Sacred Timelines then it would look more like the TVA.
However, since it covers the whole Galaxy and sometimes even beyond this galaxy it is different. However, the TVA is a good start to realize what is actually going on here on earth regarding time lines.
I have experienced The Galactic Time Guard since around 1970 when I first visited the ruler of our Galaxy who is of a species of which our souls actually are. Our souls are a species that actually Creates Galaxies. So, our souls existed (our ancestor souls) existed before ANY galaxies existed because Galaxies ONLY exist because of our Soul Species which originated in Unknown matter or sometimes scientists call this "Dark Matter" because "dark" equals "UNKNOWN" in this case to their way of thinking. However, I don't like this term because it doesn't honor our Soul Species which doesn't need time or space or matter to exist.
So, I'm sharing all this with you after 50 years thinking about all this after visiting the center of the galaxy and the leader of the Galaxy who I call "The Galactic Sentience". He doesn't consider himself to be God or even A God. However, he has attributes more like a God from a human perspective at least. So, many species (including humans) might consider him to be a god like the ancient Greeks considered Zeus to be a God when really they were just describing the Galactic Sentience who rules the Galaxy that I'm talking about here.
So, if I take this to the realm of the "Scientific Method" I feel I have to give what I'm saying to you as a Theory of mine but not yet a law.
Because it isn't fair to you here on earth or beyond reading this otherwise.
And just like Einstein had enough education into physics and mathematics to work out E equals MC Squared between around 1900 and 1915 I believe, others had to prove his theory correct later.
And in my case the Greek Pantheon of Zeus and others or Odin and Thor in the norse Pantheon also describes more what the Galactic Sentience actually is.
It's not that other religions have it wrong about who is the leader of the galaxy they put everything in an entirely different cultural context which was useful for Kings and Queens of earth controlling their subjects minds.
So, religions by becoming political rather than more factual like the Zeus and Odin pantheons lost sight of what is really going on in this galaxy.
But, remember, The Galactic Sentience does NOT consider himself to be a God. However, most humans and humanoids and other civilizations in the Galaxy often consider him to be a God because he doesn't naturally live in time, space or matter but he can when he wants to.
IF I told you the leader of the Galaxy doesn't need to breathe air or eat food or drink water or even live in time and space you might consider this being to be like a God, wouldn't you? However, this is the truth.
So, how is order maintained in this galaxy?
The Galactic Time guard keeps the order regarding all planets who don't have a non-interference treaty and these treaties are very very very rare.
The problem of a non-interference treaty is the Asteroid belt out past Mars that blew up with nuclear weapons from our ancestors.
Earth will NEVER be allowed something like a non-interference treaty simply because the last one blew up a planet and destroyed the civilization on mars too. So, Any who survived had to either move from space or Mars to earth eventually or die or move back to another solar system that humans came before that. This all happened approximately 65 million years ago and one asteroid from Maldek (the asteroid belt) killed all the bigger dinosaurs on earth then also.
So, the Galactic Time Guard exists throughout the Galaxy throughout all time since the galaxy was formed by the species which our souls are which I call "The Creators" because they create all galaxies that exist or will exist or have existed.
