Most people are not educated so they don't likely know that the climate is going to get progressively worse for AT LEAST the next 300 years time.
So, during that time it might not be possible many places on earth to grow crops because of Droughts, Floods, Hurricanes and Tornadoes and such.
Since most people are not educated enough to understand all this scientifically they are sort of lost and will tend to blame their governments rather than fully understanding the actual causes which are human caused the last 25,000 years of burning fossil Fuels and Slash and burn farming techniques worldwide for the last 25,000 years since humans have farmed the land.
One of the biggest things now is the price of food worldwide will continue to skyrocket because the weather is going to be destroying more and more crops worldwide which is inevitable.
However, when people don't fully understand scientifically what is happening to them they tend to blame the government (sort of just like how women have traditionally for thousands of years blamed men for the weather and everything else imaginable in their lives.
Even though this is changing as more women become more educated and so more realistic worldwide too.
Many things are just the way they are and no one really has any control of them at all worldwide men or women and it has always been that way and likely will always be that way for at least the next 300 years time.
300 years from now is the Earliest that humans can begin to stop Global Climate changes if they change their lives enough now. Otherwise everyone will have to move underground mostly in order to not cook in the heat most places on earth during the summers (summer in northern Hemisphere is June through September but Southern Hemisphere I think has a summer from about December through February? if I'm correct there.
