However, after writing stuff and publishing it I realized that sometimes it's better to concentrate on the solutions you come up to your traumas than to revisit your traumas.
Also, My ex-wife has lost both one of her sisters and her brothers in the last month.
So, I felt sort of stupid writing about my traumas when I found out that my ex has just lost two of her siblings within 30 days.
So, maybe it's better to concentrate on the solutions you come up with as an adult to your traumas of your life while you help your friends cope with present day losses in their lives.
Just a thought.
So, I deleted the traumatic things I wrote about because it dredged up too much and I felt I couldn't be there enough for my friend who just lost two siblings in the last month.
Even though we were together from 1973 to 1977 and have a son together who is now 50 years old she is still a good friend even after all these years have passed. So, I was a single father from the summer of 1977 as my son grew up. He was born in 1974 and got his Bachelor of Science degree in 2010 and is married with a son who will be 11 soon.
Solutions rather than problems are useful.
Once you define a problem and create a solution maybe then it's time to move on.
