By thinking about your friends and family and how they would suffer without you there by their side.
Be kind to yourself and your family and friends so they don't have to grieve your loss.
Wearing a mask and taking care of yourself is a way to help your family and your friends and yourself not suffer.
Understanding this you move towards compassion for yourself and all others.
