65,000 plus is the actual likely number of Ebola Cases in humans on earth from the beginning of 2014 until now. And 30,000 to 40,000 is likely to be a closer estimate of actual deaths from Ebola around the world. 20,000 cases is actually only the 30% that are actually treated by doctors. When you add the 70% of victims that are basically left to either die alone or be treated by their families (one or the other or both) you get the higher figures.
So, the 20,000 figure estimate of Ebola cases is wrong and the estimate of deaths is wrong to at around 8000 or more.
The good news is that all of us haven't died from it around the world.
However, like one newsman said something like "the fact that we all haven't died from it yet and that this is the high point of the year 2014 is an indication that 2014 was not a good year for the world.
