(But, this only applies if you have ever had chicken pox) (But, if you get chicken pox any time in life as an adult, which is actually today often much worse in it's effects than getting it as a child then you need a shingles shot then over 60. Also, if you had a shingles outbreak and you can get it to settle down and go away for awhile, often getting a shingles shot will stop any other shingles outbreaks.
With type O blood or "Caveman Blood" as it is also sometimes known, you only really stay alive a long time if you are really active for some reason. Your survival as a young person and as an older person depends upon movement and exercise (especially 40 and after) other wise you are very likely to die young for a variety of reasons.
The problem if I got Shingles is you can't do anything physical or exercise at all during an outbreak so in my case because of Caveman blood getting shingles easily could become fatal by slowing me down too much for too long.
Though the shingles shots are each around $250 (at least in California) each it isn't cheap but if you consider your lengthy debilitation or death potentially (after 60) because of it it appears to me to reduce your chances of getting it by 70% if you have already had Chicken pox (at any time during your life or if you still get it in your 20s to 50s.
