As you can see by this map these are the areas in danger of flooding in the next 1862 style Atmospheric River Floods like in 1862. We are already experiencing this around the Thomas Fire because there are no plants to protect the people in Santa Barbara and Ventura County from mudslides yet. So, this is still a danger this year too from the burned off areas.above image is at:
